Planning Board & Zoning Board of Appeals – April 2026

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE

Planning Board April update: The Planning Board will not be meeting this coming Tuesday, April 21, 2026, as no new business met the submission deadline, and all other active application(s) from the April 7th meeting will be continued to the meeting(s) in May. The next meeting scheduled for the Planning Board is on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, beginning at 6:00pm. The deadline for submitting and making application to the Planning Board for the first meeting in May is Monday, April 27, 2026, by 12:00pm. Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) April update: The case and public hearing that was before the ZBA back in March concerning 6 Chestnut St project that was tentatively scheduled to be continued and readdressed this month (April) the applicant has decided to withdraw the area variance application. Therefore, at this time, the case and public hearing will not be continued and the ZBA will not be meeting in April.
