RE: Announcement(s) – Planning Board – Summer Schedule 2026

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE

            At a previous meeting of the Planning Board, the Board decided on a summer meeting schedule. Therefore, the regular meeting schedule has been amended for the summer months of July and August, and the Planning Board will only be meeting ONCE during those months. Please find below the meeting schedule and the deadlines to submit/make application to the Planning Board for review for the months of July and August 2026. Concerning the month of September, the Board will return to its normal meeting schedule of (2) meetings a month, however, this will also be based on volume of submitted complete application(s)/new business. Please contact the clerk for further information concerning the month of September.

            July 2026 – Tuesday, July 21, 2026, beginning at 6:00pm. Deadline to submit/make application is Monday, July 13, 2026, by 1:00pm.

August 2026 - Tuesday, August 18, 2026, beginning at 6:00pm. Deadline to submit/make application is Friday, August 7, 2026, by 4:00pm.

(These submissions can be made electronically, hard copy/in person, and/or both)

            Also, please make sure to take note of that the application submitted must be confirmed to be complete by the Code Enforcement Officer either upon the date of submission/receipt at the office, or if submitted ahead of the deadline will be confirmed if at the time of application was made or soon after that a completed application was submitted.
