Refreshing the 2-5  Play Area  is the focus of Phase 1 for the Lions Mini Park, and the Parks Committee will present this proposal to the Village Board on 9/8/26.

But, that's not enough, the Board and youngest community members need your ideas and feedback! 
Here's how - meet the Village Parks Committee in person

  • 9/25:  PTSO Picnic (Parks Committee will table and answer questions on 2-5 play area & broader plan)

  • 10/12:  Parks Committee meeting - will be reviewing feedbacks, and finalizing recommendations to the Village Board on equipment

The Parks Committee hopes to give its initial feedback to the Village Board at their meeting on 10/13/26.
