Updated/Revised proposed changes to a previously approved site plan and proposed new additional architectural modifications such as a proposed 2-story attached garage on the east side of the existing residence. Also, proposed property and landscaping changes that include a new driveway and parking court. Located in the Residential District and Historic Overlay District.
