Request: Site Plan – Proposed demolition of an existing in-ground pool in back yard. Proposed new construction of a 2-story carriage barn/garage for use to store owner’s vehicle(s) and an art studio on the 2nd floor in the back yard. Total square footage of the new accessory building will be 1,000 square feet. Located in the Historic District Overlay and Residential District. 

            Action Items:

-          Declare Lead Agency

-          Public Hearing – Tentative Scheduling (May 19th?)

-          Establish Escrow(?)
