Request: Special Use Permit – Site Plan (amend) and Sign Application – Proposed amendment to offer food at an existing craft beer bar and continue their special use permit, (formerly known as the Kroeg). New owner/operator will be keeping same inside floorplan/layout and previously approved outdoor seating layout, offering a food menu with food prepared offsite and stocked daily. Proposed new signage will include a new hanging sign and new window lettering/graphic. Located in the Village Center Business District and Historic Overlay District.
