The proposed minor subdivision at 5 Huntington Rd is currently under review by the Planning Board, and at the October 20, 2026, meeting, the public hearing was opened. As a neighboring property to 5 Huntington Rd, you are receiving this letter to make you aware that the public hearing remains open and was continued for further review to the Planning Board’s meeting on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, beginning at 6:00pm, at Village Hall, 2nd floor, meeting room.
Upon receipt of this letter and leading up to November 17th written comments, concerns, support, objection, and similar can be submitted or delivered in person to the Planning Board and Department office located in Village Hall, 2nd floor, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm, or by appointment. During these office hours the proposed minor subdivision plan and proposed plat plan can be reviewed. Other method to submit in writing include submitting via email at, rdowden@villageofrhinebeck.gov . Those who have already submitted in writing to the Planning Board and office for the October 20th meeting, it is up to you and your choice to submit further any additional comments, etc. in writing for the meeting on November 17th.
