Request for Sealed Bids

The Village of Rhinebeck is currently seeking bids for the sale of a used 2016 Ford Police SUV (Explorer) from the Police Department. This vehicle will be sold “as is” and details of its current condition are as follows:

-Current mileage - 93,217 (Total engine hours 15439)

-Engine replaced with re-built engine at 75,986 (December of 2022)

-Paint starting to chip around the edges of the hood

-Vehicle will most likely need a water pump

-Armrest on driver door extremely worn (needs replacement)

If interested, please submit sealed bids to the Village Clerk, Martina McClinton, at the Village Hall: 76 East Market St., Rhinebeck, NY.
Bids must be received by 12:00 PM on Friday October 23, 2026.

The Village Board of Trustees has the right to accept or reject any bids.
