On October 13, 2026 the Board of Trustees held a public meeting and passed Resolution#10132026-01 to establish a Service Award Program for active volunteer firefighter members of the Rhinebeck Fire Department. The Board of Trustees then approved a date to hold a referendum to vote on Resolution #10132026-01.

This special election will take place on Tuesday December 8, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM upstairs at the Rhinebeck Village Hall: 76 East Market St Rhinebeck, NY 12572.
